The Minichef 420 E barbecue combines the unique funnel technology of Outdoor chef that gives you perfect bbq cooking, baking and grilling results without the flare ups with the convenience of plug in 230v electric power.
This grill features an enameled bowl, lid like the gas version but then under the porcelain enameled grill is where things change. Under the grill sits an easy removable element that delivers a consistent heat of up to 300° C. There is a front mounted control panel giving 7 freely selectable heat settings making heat regulation very simple.
Beneath the element sits a funnel heat reflector that bounces the heat and flavour vapours back up to the grill. The fat drips down the funnel and in to the drip cup under the bowl.
